workouts/days off/stretching

Hi! I took three days off in a row and ended up with a very angry and

stiff/tight body--OUCH!!!!! My workouts have been going well--though I

have to do more stretching. I can fit in in the evening before I go to

bed and on the days I take off. It will be such a burden, lol, to find

a few good stretching workouts:)
