Hi Stacey,

Sorry to hear about your sick house - did you end up

getting it, too?

Great New Year's goals/plans. I would also like to

learn to not over-schedule myself - that is one thing

that always causes me to lose my patience with my

daughter.

Good for you Stacey for making exercise a part of

your life. I'm working on doing that for 2006 as

well, hopefully I will be more successful than I was

in past years :(

Jen,

Exercise is an essential part of my life now. It is my job to stay

healthy.

Please don't just hope for success-become successful by exercising

most days. Success at most things comes by practice...then practice

becomes habit.
