Guest guest Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 Hi, This morning I done Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps. My chest and triceps are still pretty sore from the other day. The soreness didn't really effect my workout this morning except for the pull overs, I felt my chest AND triceps in that one. I am really liking this rotation and I'm happy that I have stuck with it so far. I hope you all have a great weekend and great workouts!!
