I am rewarding myself with a silly drawn smiley face for each work out. When I hit 30 I can get a book or a new fitness DVD. I did walk away the pounds. I also did the weight part of Hairs DVD which really is the best part of the whole set. I did ten min of pick your spot pilates but need to get another 20 min to count a smiley face.
