Guest guest
Today I finally got a workout in around 5:00pm. I was really busy around the house. I broke in my new Turbo Jam Live Remix. Holy cow - alot more intense and high intensity than the other Turbo Jams. I loved it. I followed that with Cathe's Stability Ball abs and Kathy 's Project You Yoga/Stretch. I think I will do the other Live tomorrow before going to the Home Show in Philadelphia tomorrow. Kathy
Guest guest
Target is a bad place for me to go because I want to spend, spend, spend there. I am going to have to check out the 3lb weighted gloves. That's where I bought my gloves at, but don't remember seeing 3lb. is just starting to watch just a little bit of TV, but it doesn't hold her attention but just a couple minutes. I try to get her to watch Sesame Street because I think it's a great show for kids.
Guest guest
Well - we went to the Credit union, the bank, the grocery store, the liquor store, Target and Lowes. Both of my sons are good shoppers - they really love the malls. Target is always a killer for me. I really didn't get anything for myself, but lots of supplies for the house and healthy snacks for work. They had a fair amount of fitness workouts there - Project U, Slim in 6, Core Secrets, lots of Crunch, Gaiam, Rodney Yee, etc. I saw 1 - 3lb weighted glove for 14.00 and they are selling barbells and handweights this week too. When I went to Ross the other day, there was not much of a great selection on workout DVD's. They did have plenty of VHS for Crunch and Method. The DVD's I saw were Tae Bo, Crunch, some method, Dance it Off, Belly Dancing. There was no Jari Love. - they had lots of kiddie DVD's. Winnie the Pool and one set both my kids LOVED - Beatrix Potter Rabbit and Friends narrated by Landsbury I believe. There were two boxed DVD sets for 7.99 each - one had 4 stories and the other had 5. I can't recommend them highly enough. Kathy Re: Saturday's workout In a message dated 2/25/2006 10:24:54 P.M. Guest guest
Yep - it was really enjoyable and I liked her teaching style. That set they used looked familiar. Isn't that from one of Voight's workouts? Kathy Re: Saturday's workout kvetro60 wrote:> I did > Janis Saffell's Kickbox Strike Zone. What a great 60 minute workout! i agree that this is a good workout! im glad that you liked it alot kathy! good deal!i like janis because she does crescent kicks and those hook kicks -- i dont think that i have any other workouts that do those hooks. this workout doesnt go crazy fast, is not over-choreographed and is not high impact. love it!:*carolyn.
