I actually think this one, and the Cardio Circuits are good workouts b/c they are a bit slower paced and therefore you are better able to work on your form. I've learned with Tae Bo to go at my own pace - sometimes just moves too fast for me. Kickboxing is great stress relief, that is for sure!
