Which are stronger TD or Oral Chelators

It's true that no body knows. Very frustrating, isn't it.

The problem with the TD applications is that we can't tell how much

is being absorbed - in general it would be expected that LESS might

be absorbed through the skin than when taken orally.

BUT Dr Usman has said that from what she is seeing clinically she is

thinking the TD-DMSA is being BETTER absorbed than the oral, maybe

because many of our kids have such damaged guts and therefore have

problems absorbing stuff that way.

I am not aware of any controversy about this, so found

the other answers surprising.

Definately better absorbed orally.

This does NOT mean it " worns better " orally, it means

you would have to use less. Once absorbed it is the

exact same " stuff " .

hope that made sense!
