Guest guest
Hi, Well, I managed another workout this evening. I decided to finish the Step, Jump & Pump workout and I done all 4 hi/lo segments and the abs. I burned 207 calories so it was better then nothing. Not sure if I'm using tomorrow as my rest day or Sunday, just depends on what we got going on. Of course I don't know what we would have going on really, we never do anything. It's actually depressing at times, but we're just not the going out type of people. Anyway, have a nice weekend. *~**~*
Guest guest
, We don’t go out very much either. We like to do family things when we do go out – like the zoo or the park. Normally we spend the weekend in reading and playing with the kids (or cleaningJ I guess some might consider it boring but we like it. We try and do errands on Saturday and have a fun activity on Sunday but that doesn’t always work. This weekend my twins might be going to visit their aunt – they love that but their daddy is too tired to drive them and I don’t drive and I am not taking them and all their stuff on the train by myself. Their aunt lives about an hour away by car and to be truthful I would have no idea how to get to her house by public transportation. I’ve only been there once or twice myself and she lives in a city and too far away to bike (I’m not used to cities – we lived in Amsterdam for a year and I never got used to all the traffic and people) Anyway if daddy wakes up enough to drive them, they will go and if not I’ll have to take them to the store because we have no food in the house - I had planned on a good fridge and kitchen cleaning and a store visit while they were gone. We often make plans and then do nothing – mostly because my bf is tired/sick/has a headache/insert reason why he can’t do anything. Anyway have a great weekend. Hope you do something funJ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of fitgrl222@... Guest guest
Good for you ! I was thinking about trying Imax tomorrow. I've never done it. Sounds quite difficult, huh? Yikes..... Oh, and just for the record, I've now had THREE bowls of ice cream..LOL.. quite small bowls, but still THREE bowls. HA, I eat it once every few months I guess that's a good thing - scary! I am happy to say I made it through all the intervals without having to stop. I did march in place while she was instructing before each interval so if you want to call that modifying I guess you could, but I'm not lol I burned 461 calories. The last time I done this workout I had to stop on interval #10 which I came close to doing this time, but pushed myself. Also the last time it said my average was 151 and I burned 421 calories so why this time does it say my average was 143 but I burned more calories? Strange, but I guess all HRM aren't alike. I believe I'm taking a rest day tomorrow! Have a nice weekend.
