So here's the deal...

I just sat down and had my last meal of the day which was

French toast made with WW bread and eggwhites with

cinnamon and sf syrup. It's 9:30 at night. So I start telling my

husband about my day, and I mention the fact that I have been

feeling bloated for the past couple of days. I mention the fact that

It's attributed to too much Diet Coke. I'm a big DC drinker and I'm

trying really hard to wien myself off of it. Anyway, he begins to tell

me what he thinks about this diet i'm doing. (BFL) I sit and

listen in disgust. First he pin points the fact that I just ate French

toast at 9 30 at night and he doesn't know of any diet that would

allow that. He is also a big advocate of counting calories and the

fact that if you don't burn more than you eat than you WILL NOT

loose weight. He mentions this and I say that this diet doesn't

make you count calories. He says, well I just don't see how you

could lose weight this way. He says, I see what you eat, and you

are eating much better than you ever have, but I see how many

times you eat and how much Pnut butter you consume and I just

don't agree with what you're doing...

Well, basically i need someone to tell me that I'm ok. I'm only in

my first week and I'm really gun ho about this up until now.

Here's a sample of what I ate today

1-pnut butter and 100%fruit spread on ww bread

2-protein shake

3-turkey sandwich with light mayo, ff cheese, and wwbread with

pineapple

4-2 rice cakes with pnut butter

5-chicken, brown rice, and mixed veggies

6-french toast

so if you guys could help me out, i would appreciate it.

Thanks so much!!!

Bec
