Thanks to all who helped me out with this question, I really

appreciate your responses. I took Tuesday off because I was sore and

my head felt like it was stuffed with cotton, Wednesday I ate almost

nothing and slept most of the day, today I feel lots better, still

don't feel like eating anything. I just got back from taking my jeep

in to be repaired and found out it's a $500.00 repair.

I'm sure we all go through this, but I'm feeling like " why bother "

I don't have a car to get to the gym until Saturday, so should the

plan be eat clean and get back on the horse as soon as possible?

I HATE " Woe is me " attitudes, but I'm sure feeling that way today!

Thanks for all you support,

Lelia

Yup, eat as clean as you can (you'll probably start to feel better

when you eat something anyway). Make your choices from the BFL meals

you like best. Nothing is more likely to make you cheat than trying

to choke down foods you're not that keen on when you're feeling sick

as well! If you're up to it, go for a walk (or jog if you're keen!)

to get back into some physical activity while you can't go to the

gym. There are also weight-free exercises you can do (pushups,

situps, tricep dips off the coffee table, bicep curls with milk

bottles or cans of food!) Be creative. You might even get a giggle

out of writing down " bicep curled 12 reps with tuna cans, 10 reps

with tomato soup, etc. ;)
