You are eating wonderful breakfasts! Your body is probably sleepy in

the morning! I enjoyed working out at night because my brain craved

the time to concentrate on harder workouts--although sometimes my body

was fatigued. I don't know if I could do a Cathe at 5 am--but I can do

a Kathy or a newer Firm. My new morning schedule is great

because I get my hour of exercise, a shower, some laundry done, eat

breakfast, and get kids to school. The key, for me, is to get in bed

earlier--at least by 9:30.
