Hi Carolyn!

Congrats on the new workouts - it seems that retail

temptation is everywhere with the New Year's

Resolution crunch. I succumbed myself after just

saying I already had too many workouts.

Don't beat yourself up about missing a day - just get

back on track today. Since your busy days are Mondays

and Tuesdays would it be a good idea for you to make

those " gentle " days - I find that I have a hard time

fitting in workouts on the weekend, so I try to avoid

" scheduling " anything that I'm going to dread doing on

those days (so I usually avoid very hard cardio

workouts since those tend to be the ones I dread the

most)- it does help me to get at least *something* in

on those days (most of the time!) I also will

generally take my rest day on either Sat or Sun.

Don't ask me why weekends are so hard for me, but I

find it easier to stick with the routine M-Fri. I

think it is b/c I get to bed early enough to get up

early during the weekdays....and that doesn't always

happen on the weekends.

Take care!

Donna

i was telling myself today that i should plan on doing only a quick 30

minute workout on mondays... also, if i prepared more on sunday night,

monday wouldnt be so crazy. so im going to do that starting next week.

the kids will FINALLY be back on school that day! yay!

Good for you Darcy! I hate getting up when it's still dark, and at 5:30 am it's still dark here. It takes great motivation and you got it going on girl.

I 'made-up' for my missed workout day for this week. I actually got

my butt out of bed at 5:30 this morning and not only got my workout

in, but did an extra 30 minutes :) I also did an extra 30 minutes

yesterday as well. Now, in my twisted mind all is good :) :)

I also need to become organized I would say " more " organized, but I

feel like I have no organization..sigh...

Darcy,

I'm up this morning at 5:30 am so I can get my workout done. doesn't usually get up until around 7am and this is the first time I'm trying this since we've had her so I'm trying to be really quiet lol I couldn't imagine if I had to work and still get my workout done.

You go !! How great :) Unfortunately, it's noon and I

haven't worked out yet today.. I'm tired and grumpy..LOL..

I worked out practically daily for 3 years while working outside the

house. Part of that time, I got up at 4 a.m. and would do a 2 hour

workout before work....Wow.... Could never go there again though!!
