Guest guest
Hi Carolyn! Congrats on the new workouts - it seems that retail temptation is everywhere with the New Year's Resolution crunch. I succumbed myself after just saying I already had too many workouts. Don't beat yourself up about missing a day - just get back on track today. Since your busy days are Mondays and Tuesdays would it be a good idea for you to make those " gentle " days - I find that I have a hard time fitting in workouts on the weekend, so I try to avoid " scheduling " anything that I'm going to dread doing on those days (so I usually avoid very hard cardio workouts since those tend to be the ones I dread the most)- it does help me to get at least *something* in on those days (most of the time!) I also will generally take my rest day on either Sat or Sun. Don't ask me why weekends are so hard for me, but I find it easier to stick with the routine M-Fri. I think it is b/c I get to bed early enough to get up early during the weekdays....and that doesn't always happen on the weekends. Take care! It takes great motivation and you got it going on girl. ~~

Guest guest
You go !! How great Unfortunately, it's noon and I haven't worked out yet today.. I'm tired and grumpy..LOL.. I worked out practically daily for 3 years while working outside the house. Part of that time, I got up at 4 a.m. and would do a 2 hour workout before work....Wow.... Could never go there again though!! Darcy At 04:40 AM 1/6/2006, you wrote: >In a message dated 1/5/2006 11:38:51 P.M.
