Guest guest
That is a tough call, Jen!! There are some Tae Bo workouts that are more cardio than strength and vice versa. I guess to be on the safe side you could categorize it as a " circuit " type workout that includes a bit of cardio and a bit of sculpting. With Tae Bo, you'll get some sculpting benefits even if it is mainly a cardio workout. Enjoy the organizing - I really enjoyed getting my DVDs into binders and clearing up some space! Although I'm not entirely finished with the project as of yet Donna --- from Michigan <volleyjen0416@...> wrote: > I've been organizing my videos/dvds and putting > them into a spreadsheet according to type of > exercise. > > What do you consider Tae-bo, cardio or total > body > exercise? > > Let me know asap, > > Jen > > > > __________________________________________ > DSL – Something to write home about. > Just $16.99/mo. or less. > dsl. > > __________________________________________ DSL – Something to write home about. Guest guest
Well, it depends on the workout too. for instance AL5 would definitely be a strength training workout, and also abs/glutes. I think most of the others focus more on cardio though, in my opinion... Guest guest
What would the first set of TaeBo be considered cardio or total body? Guest guest
Hi Jen! I would say that the first set would be classified as: Cardio for the Basic Workout Total Body for the Advanced Workout Which others do you have? The Bootcamp series, to me, would definately be full body. Hope that helps! Guest guest
I would call it cardio. However in the advanced tape, there is some good floorwork in it, about 15 minutes, I believe.
