Guest guest
Hi , The workouts that I have that include Standing Pilates moves are: Method Standing Pilates - this one is pretty good. Though there may be some moves that are tricky on the knees - pivots and what-not. New York City Ballet Workout - I really credit this one with giving me some good core strength when I did it consistently. Method - Target Specifics (or Target Zones I can't remember what it is called - but it is the one w/ 4 segments - abs, arms, thighs and butt) Austin's Pilates for Every Body and Power Zone (if you can stand , these are good!) Yoga Booty Ballet Advanced - has a good standing ballet/Pilates type section. Liz Gillies - Progressive Pilates for Weight Loss is another that has some standing Pilates/Dance moves as well as some traditional mat work. Crunch - Burn & Firm Pilates and Fat Burning Pilates are also good choices! Although this isn't standing pilates - it is a good one - On the Ball Pilates w/ Lizabeth . Hope this helps in your quest for a strong core.
