Fellowship with other soapers and chandlers!

$17 non-member as of July 1, 2010

NEEDED: HELP! If you can help me pull this off, you'd have my undying gratitude.

Some jobs include: contacting vendors for donations, setting up, cleaning up,

planning activities (Cheryl has already taken the swaps), overseeing lunch,

photography, helping w/ door prizes, and more. Many hands make light work!

Well I'm not sure. I had wanted to do that cause I have time now. Also it is

hard for me to say what I will be able to do at the gathering as I don't know

how I will be traveling there. Anyway, is there anything else I could do from

here now?

what vendors are on the donation list. perhaps there are more that we can think

of that aren't on it currently.

We have over 250 vendors that we contact for donations, so it's really too

many to list. If there's a company that you do business with, or know of,

that you'd like represented, let me know and I'll check my list.

We'd be happy to contact new companies.
