I may just take a rest day today cuz i'm hurtin but..maybe i'll make it a 'rest' day lol as in just a 2 mile walk and some arm weights. Nothing strenuous. Guest guest
He has those rest days like that because most folks who buy them are couch potatoes and have very seditary lifestyles. So he has that so they don't get burned out too easily and since the bootcamp workouts use the bands it also gives their muschles time to rest. But feel free to do more if you're body is used to workouts. Also since the bootcamp workouts use the bands and you want your muscles to rest 24-48 hours then this helps there as well. I did force myself to take a rest day because from reading it seemed important so sundays it is:) Kris p.s. does it still count as a rest day if i do something like yoga? --- *~*Gymmie*~* <taebogymmie@...> wrote: > He has those rest days like that because most folks > who buy them are couch > potatoes and have very seditary lifestyles. Guest guest
Hiyah Kris, thank you so much for going through the trouble listing his guidelines (workout guidelines) from the pamphlet. now i have some peace of mind on what i'm doing next. i almost went ahead and made my own workout, but i would have made a little too much for me then. about typing out the menus and the other things, in that pamphlet, if it's no problem for you....i sure would appreciate it. i just feel so dumb for misplacing it. of course i'm hoping that my daughter didn't get her hands on it, like everything else and hide it some where else. once again, thanks for helping me out and allowing me to not stress over finding that pamphlet. hugs, anela > I'm just typing out the weekly schedule.
