I have cardio on schedule for this evening so I decided to do a lighter yoga, one of my favorite... Joy Of yoga. This one has gotten REALLY easy. I didn't even slightly work up a sweat. I enjoyed the stretching though, I think I needed it after yesterday's lunge workout. BTW, my buns are really sore this morning along with my calves. It actually surprised me because I didn't think I'd be sore at all. I guess that was a pretty good workout after all. I don't think I've heard of a yoga workout that's 80 minutes long, wow! Kerry wrote: there are 2 DVD's and the workouts include Full Happiness- 80 mins.
