Guest guest
Now , How can hail Not be hard??? ) Did you get the computers covered in time??? What kind of gravy do they put on the fries??? Sorry you didn't get to visit with your family... Sounds like you need a new tire or a tube in the old one... Glad you weren't hurt in your hail storm... ((( Careful Hugs ))) Helen Hello Helen There was baseball sized hail but I was indoors at the time. They said that the hail wasn't very hard just large, roofs seem to take a beating but not the cars, go figure. That was when the roof leaked right over the new computers at work. My family is in western Canada and I went to eastern Canada but it was nice to have gravy on the fries again. The front tire on my bike is flat again. Regards, "Don't be afraid to be yourself. Guest guest
Hello Helen The hail were more like snowballs than hail. The leak missed the computers by about an inch, too close for comfort. We asked around for a tarp but couldn't find one so we put a folding table on top of the computers during the storm. A few days later, building management dropped off a tarp, apparently they put in an order for a tarp when we asked around. It's usually a simple brown gravy that's on the fries. Out in Quebec where I went, they also put cheese curds on the fries, pour the gravy over top and call it " poutine " , out west it's just " fries and gravy " . Guest guest
Hi , I have never heard of hail being like snowballs before... Only once that I can remember that we got so much hail that it looked like it snowed, the ground was litterally covered in 1" hail... We usually get the real small hail and not that much of it... I'm glad that you got the computers covered to save you a lot of extra work ) I have never heard of the way you eat fries... Sounds interesting to me ) I'm always, well usually always, willing to at least try something once ) Did the big storms hit you today??? Take care. Guest guest
We get hail like that, small and thick like snow.(not too deadly) I have seen it rain, hail, and snow on the same day here. with lightning is eery too. Down in southern New Mexico & Texas it gets huge. It took out our windshield, in a station wagon, in Las Cruces. And I remember wondering if I would be able to hear again, it was so loud. We got under a metal roof. > Hi , > I have never heard of hail being like snowballs before...
