Hi everyone,

This morning I done Slow & Heavy Biceps & Triceps. I love this workout!! If I'm not sore tomorrow then something is really wrong with me lol I pushed myself really hard on the triceps and wow what a cut I had when I looked in the mirror while doing those painful kickbacks. lol I used my ball for part of the ab work. I forgot how much I liked this workout!!! Tonight I'm doing yoga.
