Guest guest
I saw the success journal at the store today and wondered if I should buy it. How many people in this group have used the success journal? Do you think it is necessary for someone participating in their first challenge? Thanks in advance for your help. Guest guest
I used the journal for Challenge 1 and Challenge 2. I found it helpful in staying on track because I didn't want to have any blank pages! For Challenge 3, I'm just using a plain notebook. -Shaun BFL Journal I saw the success journal at the store today and wondered if I should buy it. Guest guest
--- I like the bfl journal. I am on challenge 3 and have used one each time. my husband found them at our local hastings on sale for 5 dollars and he bought me 2 more..so..yeah..I will be doing at least 2 more challenges. I like having something already made up that I can write in since I am what you would call a " lazy " person. so I use it for conveniance and really like that..and it just feels offical to me..I don't know..heh heh..that sounds weird huh? lol! but you can use a plain ole notebook just as well too. you don't have to have that journal. good job on taking a first challenge! I thought if I was going to start something on the right foot, might as well have all possible tools to help me succeed and it did The journal really helps you keep track of your workout and meals especially if you follow the book and write them down -ahead- of time. You don't have to use it but I recommend it for at least the first challenge if you can afford it. There are also 2 versions of the journal, the hardcover one(I bought but was like 30$ canadian or something) and the soft one which sells for like ~10$canada(5$ us?) but I don't believe there is a difference between either one though the softcover one is easier to fold over. Guest guest
I bought the Journal when B. phillips hooked up with Amazon when he first brought it to the market place...where if you didn't like it or didn't increase your results you could send it back and he would double your refund. I made money on the deal. I hated the Journal. It was a waste of time as I like my own records and how I lay them out for the week. The one good thing, which was very inspirational, was the people featured on every page of the 84 days. But, you can find that here. > I saw the success journal at the store today and wondered if I > should buy it. How many people in this group have used the success > journal?
