Guest guest
Thanks Tina - I have since heard of another similar case. However events took another turn to-night. S was watching Mr Tumble on telly quietly so I started to prepare dinner. He then came into the room and said - look at my body - which I did only to notice he had pulled the cast off his arm. This was a hard cast holding the arm at a right angle so how he got it off so quietly I don't know. Back to A & E and surprise surprise the arm is still broken and back in plaster.............I explained he has a high pain threshold, not sure whether they belienve me or not but odds are social services will be banging on the door soon aaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh. Why do they have such a high pain threshold? Anyhow rant over will keep you posted. The tooth went a little discoloured but the dentist keep it in - not sure if they did anything special but I could check for you. The tooth fell out eventually and the second tooth is normal. However we have now noticed front tooth is turning darker and can only guess that when he fell he somehow damaged the nerve and the tooth is dying off. It is his baby tooth. Off course he could not tell us his mouth hurt so we were focusing on the arm. We have appointment to see local dentist next week but wondered what to do if tooth needs removing, will a general anaesthetic(spelling?) be required and what should we look out for/question the dentist about?
