I researched this by doing searches for knee strengthening exercises and weak knees and knee injury – there is a lot of good stuff out there once you weed out the stuff relating to knee surgery. If I had been smart I would have seen a therapist and been doing exercises all along. The muscles around the knee are feeling a bit sore but not overly today, but that could be because we’re having a laundry marathon today (up 2 flights, down 2 flights repeat every 1.5 to 2 hours) and cleaning marathon. My kids have bad colds and can’t concentrate so most of our lessons for the day I postponed.
