This morning I started with AM Yoga – I woke up with a

low fever and an achy feeling so I figured I’d rest a bit and see how I

felt this evening. This evening I felt much better so I went with Gym Style

Chest and Triceps to start. I used 5 pounds for all the chest work and

half the triceps work, but had to use 3 pounds for some of it. The 5 pounds

were too heavy to keep form, but the 3s felt too light. Hopefully next time I

can use the 5s through the whole workout. I was feeling really good after this

and even though it is not a cardio day I just had to do some aerobics (Most of

my routines include 30 minutes aerobics on weight days with longer aerobics on

non weight days so it’s a bit strange for me). I went with Crunch Fat

Burning Dance Party because it had been a while. I do enjoy this one, but it

makes me feel old. I don’t know why – I guess because I haven’t

been out dancing in 6 years and its been longer then that since I’ve been

to a party that included dancing (dinner parties we have every once in a while,

but not dance parties – I wonder if anyone over college age still has

dance parties?) I remember those moves that worked the hips and abs and how we

never worried about them working those areas we were just having fun. This is a

fun workout and I do feel energized after it. It’d just be nice to put on

something sexy and go out dancing and watch men drool J.
