Guest guest
Has anyone here ever tried soy/veggie meat replacements? I've had the Boca burgers which are pretty good. But, what's really handy are the meat crumbles (just like ground beef). So far, I've made these with Hamburger Helper, spagetti and meat sauce and (my favorite) tacos. The texture is a little different than regular beef, but the taste is exactly the same. Also, it has a lot fewer calories and fat than the regular stuff, but still has the protein you need. So, you can enjoy the satisfaction of your favorite foods, without the worry. You can find all sorts of these type of products in the freezer section. In my grocery store, they are near the breakfast stuff. Happy eating!!
