Yourself Fitness a review

My hubby allowed me at my Christmas gift early. I had a 4 pound gain in a

week without even trying. I will tell you all my weight results next week.

I never had a personal trainer but this almost makes me fill like I have

one.

It's sort of cross between a fitness DVD, a cartoon, and having a personal

trainer.

I have the pc version

Yourself Fitness comes in a x box and ps2 platform.

It’s a long set up because you have to set it up your weight as well as do

several fitness tests, but its all worth it.

I set my weekly schedule Monday through Friday at 15 minutes. I then if

time fit another work out or two. You can set a work out for longer as well.

I hope they come up with add ones this is great.

hi val! im sorry to hear about that 4 pounds. it must be water

weight, as you suspect. it sounds funny but if you drink more water

each day, your body will release that excess water in a few days (the

body hangs onto water during a drought). thanks also for telling us

about 'yourself fitness'. i am so glad that you are finding it

interesting and are looking forward to some great workouts with

it! my dh just got an xbox for xmas so im interesting in trying

'yourself fitness' and 'dance dance revolution' sometime in the future.
