Guest guest
Thank you this was timely as I was feeling guilty that today will be my 3rd missed workout due to a chest cold and head cold that has brought some bad asthma along with it. I had been off my inhaler for about 2 months, but I am back. UGH!!!! I know I can't do cardio if I can't breath, but I freak out that I'm not burning calories. I'm eating sqaueaky clean though. All this and I can't even rest because I'm leaving for Sturgis S. Dakota tomorrow. And my kids are going to D.C. and virginia with my folks.
