Thanks for posting this, Carolyn! It took me a while

to think it through:

>

> EXERCISE LEVEL: Intermediate or Inter/Advanced

depending on how I've been doing energy level wise and

what I've been doing lately

> STRENGTH: Firm Workouts (old and new),

FitPrime/KickButt (old and new)

> CARDIO: (in no particular order) Christi's Hi/Lo

Heaven; Charlene's Low Impact workouts (Low Impact,

High Intensity, Tie One On); Firm/FitPrime-style

cardio workouts.

> BALL WORKOUT: On the Ball Pilates; Quick Fix

Stability Ball (even though its been awhile) (a goal

is to actually accomplish Method Stability Ball - that

one is hard for me!)

> DANCE WORKOUT: Yoga Booty Ballet Lives - also

Herman's Dance with me Jazz, Method Workouts

(Dance to Fitness, Core Cardio, etc.)

> CIRCUIT WORKOUT: Cathe's Cardio & Weights

> KICKBOXING: Tae Bo w/ Cathe's Cardio Kicks a runner

up

> PILATES: Burnett's Intermediate workout - her

Pilates workouts are very relaxing, too. Also Method

Workouts - especially the Kries workouts.

> AB/CORE: Tough one - I don't have many that are just

abs/core.... I might go with Yoga for Abs w/ Rodney

Yee.....

> STEP: Charlene's Crazy for Step, With Every Step;

Gin 's Simply Step; Christi's Step Heaven (stage

1 only); Cathe's Step Blast/Step, Jump and Pump combos

from the Timesaver DVD, Voight's Energy Sprint,

Gin 's Intense Moves (for a challenge)

> STRETCH: I actually don't have many that are pure

stretching - guess I'd go with Janis Saffell's Dynamic

Stretch and the stretch section from Steaphanie

Herman's Dance with me Jazz.

> YOGA: Yoga Complete for Every Body, Yoga Shakti;

Kest's Power Yoga

with the Power Half Hour workouts here (even though

I'd throttle Tony right now after seeing him so often

in December! LOL!)

Breakthru Pilates Plus; Voight's YogaSculpt,

Core Essentials, & Streamline Fitness

> OTHER: I'd have to thrown in the Body Mix Aero-Chi

Basic Dance and Intermediate Dance workouts - they're

different and very meditative if you're in that kind

of mood.

I should schedule Method Stability Ball in sometime

soon, I had lots of trouble with it!

Take care,
