, I can stick to rotations I make for myself

at the gym, but fail miserably with the home workouts.

Like Kathy I have such a variety and feel confined

having to stick with what's on a list! I admire Donna

and Carolyn for being able to adhere to them!

At the gym the number of classes bring held at any

given time are quite limited, so it's much easier for

me to plan a routine and stick to it at the gym.

However, I've noticed my body is getting too used to

the gym workouts I've been doing, so I'm working out

at home today. Reviews shall follow!

Like Donna I did pretty well about not overdoing it

yesterday in the eating department. I'm vegetarian

and ate my Torfurkey and gravy before going to my

cousin's for the feast, so I was already kind of full

and mostly ate salads and fruit.

Of course I did drink more than my fair share of wine

:(

Thanksgiving is nothing compared to what's coming up

next month. I work in a corporate office and we have

42 field offices that send xmas chocolates and goodies

and we only have 15 people in our department. It's

really over the top. It will take rock hard

discipline to not cave in and go beyond just a taste!

I guess that's what New Years resolutions are for,

eh???
