Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a nice New Year!!

This morning I done Rodney Yee Stamina. I had some errands to run so I had to find something quick. I am doing Cathe's rotation, but shortening up the workouts so this evening her rotation calls for boot camp and Imax 2 premix, I think. I'll be shortening that up for sure. That is way much using those workouts together. I am going to try to stick as close to the rotation as possible, but some of it is too extreme, I think.

I'll post again this evening.
