I normally get severe cramps, constant lower back pain and dizziness. Inverted positions make me very dizzy during this time (which puts out all of the yoga I have except maybe one). I’d love a suggestion for a good workout or just some good moves – I tend to be more flexible but also in more pain. This month I may just skip yoga but I don’t really like to – it helps me wake up and relax and just get in the mind set to do things. Thanks in advance -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
