It's a good upper and lower and CORE workout. Very no nonsense which I like.

Today was cardio/sculpt so I did KickMax with my weighted gloves. I did the Low Impact Cardio workout which contains the warm-up, kickboxing, leg drills, and stretch. I then did YBB abs part one since there is no ab workout on KickMax. Off to work in now cold, snowy, icy roads - what a change from the 50's and 60's of last week!

What is Turbo Sculpt like? Is it a total body, more upper body or cardio??? I have that DVD but I don't know how to use it yet...LOL... I should give it a try.

It is mainly sculpt. Plenty of upper body and lower body work - sometimes together and sometimes separated out. Plenty of squats, lunges, and inner thigh work. The ab work at the end is Pilates based, but too short IMHO. I really hope when she does another sculpt workout, it is more like 50 minutes to an hour and really has a tough ab routine.

GREAT JOB Kathy, keep up the great work and do what your body feels

like doing. I love it when I get to the point, where my muscles have
