Guest guest Posted January 16, 2006 Report Share Posted January 16, 2006 Today was cardio/sculpt so I did KickMax with my weighted gloves. I did the Low Impact Cardio workout which contains the warm-up, kickboxing, leg drills, and stretch. I then did YBB abs part one since there is no ab workout on KickMax. Plenty of squats, lunges, and inner thigh work. The ab work at the end is Pilates based, but too short IMHO. I really hope when she does another sculpt workout, it is more like 50 minutes to an hour and really has a tough ab routine.
