Guest guest Posted November 25, 2005 Report Share Posted November 25, 2005 Today I had extra time after cleaning up after Thanksgiving and doing a little online Christmas shopping (I hate crowds). I did Slim Series Shape It Up - 77 minutes of torture, I mean weighted work. I remember when I first did this workout I had to use 3 lbs and couldn't use ankle weights. Today I used 8lb hand weights and used my ankle weights as well. I also upped my sitting weight work at the end to 12lb weights for the concentration curls and one-armed French press. Normally I could use more weight for them, but after all those weighted reps, that was all I could handle.
