WOW. the sound quality is a little shotty,had to turn up the volume just to hear her. but this is a real yoga workout with some toning moves thrown in. its starts with a real warm up of sun salutations and moves into advanced balancing poses that force you to use your core muscles(or sexual core as she calls it). after about 25 mins she does this weird little hip dance and moves into light stretching then some toning moves like glute lifts and hold,pelvic tucks, bridge with one leg. i didn't finish watching it all but from what i do see its a great workout. she cues every movement and breathe so its going to be pretty easy for those with expierence to follow. at the intro she was a little flirting with the camera but when it comes to the workout its all serious except when she does the hip dance but she looks more like its a fun thing then a sexual thing. some of the camera angles get a little to good a view of her "area" during a wide stanced foward bend but that is the only thing that i didn't like as far as that went. i thought i was going to be dissappoinated with this one b/c it sounded cheesy but its going to be a real fun workout. and it has a WARM UP. maybe kabbalah yoga should take a cue LOL kassia__________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
