Guest guest
Hi All: Thanks everyone for the welcome back! >>Tonya wrote: ....but I'll be glad to try and help motivate you if I can.So what did you do for a workout today? >> Spoken just like a personal trainer. LOL! I did nothing yesterday which is when I read your email. Today is Saturday and hopefully I am going to walk on my treadmill for 10 to 20 mintues. Maybe I will get out a short Yoga or stretching DVD and do that before bed. I know it isn't much but even though I am not really overweight at 5ft 3in and 130lbs I am SOOOO out of shape. I get slightly winded if I run up and down the stairs a couple of times. So I know it is important for me to go slowly. I am not sure what I need to get me motivated. I have thought about a acquiring a personal trainer. Maybe even sign up for classes, wondering if having a weekly committment somewhere would actually get me moving or just make me feel guilty when I cop out and don't go. I just don't know.
