Guest guest
Hi All We are having sleep problems again after a wonderful spell from September to December of going to sleep easily and not waking at night. Last week I introduced Melatonin for the first time. It's Kirkmans Melatonin Plus, and I have been giving 1mg per night at 7.30pm. Unfortunately Louis who is 6 and 56lbs isn't going to sleep until about 9.00pm. This is a slight improvement on no Melatonin, when Louis wouldn't go to sleep until about 9.30pm. Has anyone any experience of giving higher doses of Melatonin and if so how high can you go? I know Melatonin will probably not solve the waking at night but I would like him to get to sleep at a better time than at present.(By the way we are still treating with Nystatin and CP1, Biokult and Saccharomyces Boulardii for Yeast.) Any good ideas? Thanks Kay.
