Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Hey Darcy I just got done doing Winsor Pilates Power sculpt buns and thighs with her power band. I gotta tell ya it's a killer, and it works! Still the giggly fat will come off better with more cardio since cardio is what burns fat. I have also learned from my NatralPath Dr that skin needs good fats to tighten back up. His suggest for me after I had baby was to eat avacado, or raw nuts. A serving of avacado would be 1/4 of it, and nuts would be 18 kernals of raw almonds, cashews, or a small handful of raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
