Hey, Darcy, one more thing about...um...jiggly butt..which I'm sure

you really don't have, but if you did...you can always put on a pair

of nice panties and your hubby won't notice. Trust me. :-)

You know I have never done pilates before..... I'd like to give it a

try some day...

I do eat nuts quite a bit... It's probably just extra fat I need to

get rid of. I'm not upping my cardio though. On average I burn

around 400 calories per 30 minutes of cardio. When I'm doing a

cardio workout, I go as hard as I can since I just have 30 minutes to

do it in...

There is a difference in eating cooked nuts , and eating them raw. Peanuts are not a nut they are actually a legume and don't digest as easily. They don't taste good raw either LOL.

I think you will find the pilates will really work your butt. Especially the Power sculpt with the power band WWHOOOWEEE!
