It's probably just extra fat I need to get rid of. I'm not upping my cardio though. On average I burn around 400 calories per 30 minutes of cardio. When I'm doing a cardio workout, I go as hard as I can since I just have 30 minutes to do it in... Peanuts are not a nut they are actually a legume and don't digest as easily. They don't taste good raw either LOL. I think you will find the pilates will really work your butt.
