Colleen - well water damaged your hair? Maybe that is why my hair

was always a mess before I moved it to town.

I can almost run a mile in 20 minutes. Damn it! I use to be in track

in high school & I was in the National guard! I was never a good

runner but I use to run 5 miles every other day & I could run 2 miles

in 19 minutes. Grrrr. I use to be able to do 50 dimond push ups with

my feet on the coffee table. Now I can't even do 1 regular pushup

with my knees on the floor. GRRRRRR.

CLA - gets rid of ab fat?? I need some of that! My chest & hips are

a size 1X & my waist is a 4X!! Measurements are chest 46 waist 45

hip 47.

Kathi aka lilstepper - I don't see her on here. Did she really leave?

I miss you Kathi, please come back.

Working out when sick. - If it is just peroid yuckyness I say work

out. But if you are thowing up, have the runs, or a fever I say no

workout. & When I have a sinus headache or a migriane (or both like

yesterday) There is no way I'm gonna work out. If you can go to your

job you can go to the gym. If you are so sick that you have to stay

in bed then don't work out.

Mind set - BFL hard/easy - I think that some days are hell & others

are pie (another bad metaphor). But for the most part it is easy.

Goal pants - Right now it's a pair of regular size 18 zip up non

stretch denim shorts. I can get them on & zipped but I have a hard

time sitting in them. size 12W stretchy are too big.

Other goals with clothes -

To be able to tuck in my shirts

To fit into my national guard uniforms (about a size 10) (They are on

display at the war museum right now)

Fit into wedding dress (size 16)

Fit into the outfit I wore the night I met DH (size 10)
