the 21dc is about doing any TB for 21 consecutive days to make it a habit and

even the Instructional and 8 minute work-outs count

as far as seeing physical results, each person is different

some see it immediately

some take as long as 6 months

some even longer

but if you focus on how good TB makes you feel (energy, less stressed) then

the rest is just a bonus when it comes.

who is wondering how Vivian's special 21 dc turned out that ended on

Valentine's Day cuz mine became a habit and I'm still giving my family more

positive attention instead of being glued to the puter

i'll start one with you tara... it'll be my 3rd try at it, so hopefully the

3rd time will be the lucky one for me!! i already did taebo today, so day

one is complete!! :o) i'm adding water to my challenge as well, cuz that is

a constant struggle for me too!!

right on darcy! and hey, if you need extra motivation, we can sweeten the

pot if you like ;)

and i was thinking.... after the 21DC is done, we can then do an 'every day

in february' challenge -- which would be a 28 DC, of course.

You are just a gluten for punishment Carolyn!! LOL... we'll see... I

have struggled big time this week in order to get my workouts

in. Which is okay, cuz if it weren't for the challenge, I would have

simply not pushed myself hard enough to complete them!
