Good for you, ! JUst keep at it - I believe, as

some of our friends on this list are doing that 21

days is what it takes to make it a habit so keep it

up!! Enjoy Max & Ruby! My DD loves the books with

those characters - she is 2 1/2!

Oh, I wouldn't worry about your HR or anything

technical like that - just establish the exercise

habit and then worry about all the technicalities.

FOr all my years of exercising I don't have a HRM

(although I am pretty tempted - but I'm afraid it

might make my workouts less fun if I have to get all

technical) just keep moving and keep getting on that

TM!
