It's starting out to be a great day today. I actually got my butt out of bed and got a good hour and 45 minute workout in :) I did Tae-Bo AL4, which I burned 864 calories doing! Then I did Schiffer's perfectly fit legs, and then I did a Austin for my abs.

The scale also finally went down another pound! Wa-hoo! I have been stuck for weeks at what I was :)
