Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 , usually I do a strength in the morning for the very reason you listed - yesterday was a fluke that I did cardio in the morning, but I just had the bug to do it so I did! Another reason I prefer strength in the morning most of the time is that my brain is fuzzy when I wake up. I can't do the complicated choreography at 4:50 a.m., which is why I probably had trouble with CIA Step 2 B Fit yesterday. You are listening to your body and knows when it can perform at its peak. I have a HRM but never use it, I'm too lazy. I always like hearing how many calories you burn,though!
