I couldn't agree more with everything you said . Okay, my goal for next week is to get at least 2 morning workouts in........................

I wish it could work that way for me, but my energy level for cardio is so low compared to doing it in the evening.

I have worked out for years in the morning and always wondered why I could never really reach those cardio goals. One day I done my cardio in the evening and I couldn't believe it, I felt like I could climb a mountain, twice lol .

I done some research and found that a lot of our bodies just function better at different times of the day. I can do yoga or weight training in the morning, but I enjoy my cardio so much more in the evenings.

I wish it wasn't that way, because like you all, I would like to get mine done and over with in the mornings. That is why I do two workouts a day. I do one in the morning and then if something comes up in the evening and I'm not able to workout, I can at least say I got weights or yoga in.

Not much you can do when you body is this way.

I also have more energy for cardio in the

evening I can do a light morning workout – like a bike ride or parent/child

gym or a walk/run, but for a real cardio workout I like the evening best. I

actually prefer to do all but yoga in the evening. I think different people can

do exercise at different times. I concentrate better in the evening and

very early morning, but if I actually try and exercise I am so tired at noon I

need a nap.
