Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 My knee work is coming along great. I feel less weak already – not strong yet but strong enough to do max reps on all exercises! This morning of course was AM Yoga, but I’m thinking of adding some yoga (and maybe cardio) after dinner and chore time. This evening so far was Gym Style Chest and Triceps. I thought I would be getting bored with these but I’m not really. They are so much fun and the best part is I feel like Cathe is working along with me (sometimes it looks like the exercisers on tapes are using way too light weights) She encourages me to just do it. I did have to switch back to the 3 pounds for some triceps work, but I got farther this time with the 5 pounds. So I’m happy. I’m really enjoying Cathe and I usually get bored if I do the same workouts over and over. I think in a few months I may want more Cathe dvds, but these are so great the repetition isn’t bothering me. If my schedule permits it I may even switch over to Chest/Triceps, Back/Shoulder/Biceps, repeat instead of Chest/Triceps, Back/Shoulders/Biceps, Aerobics, repeat. I can add aerobics on a weight day (which is what I used to do all the time) I was giving myself a break because of the knee work, but I don’t think I really need it. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
