Guest guest
LOL! I guess one of the 3 I'm thinking of is not as new as I thought...I think it's the one you mean out by HP - Sakura on Eagle & Chinden. There's a new one that opened recently across from the mall, which is VERY close to work. There's also a newish one downtown called Happy Fish - it's actually a sushi and martini bar...I'm going to have to go there sometime (on a free day) and try the chocolate martini. Shige's place downtown and Tsuru on Orchard are still going strong too. It's a little amazing to me that there are so many sushi restaurants in a landlocked town, but I'm not complaining! I live on the west side of Boise, off of Maple Grove. I used to live in the North End and liked it a lot, but now my husband and I both work 2-3 miles from home, so this location works out GREAT. Definitely let me know if you're going to be in town so we can get together! :-) -- Kathi Felix wrote: >--- YOU LIVE IN BOISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!! how >long have you lived there? Guest guest
: My favorite place to eat in Boise is Wraps downtown, have you ever been there? It is sooo wonderfull. They use yogurt instead of Mayo and their own home made hot sauce. I am going to be in Boise for a wedding over the 4th (the 5th will be my cheat day) and I can hardly wait to get a " wrap " from Wraps. Brett > >> > >> > >> > >>>I am in Idaho too (Twin Falls). Guest guest
Pathetically enough, I hardly ever get downtown anymore...that sounds so wonderful though! I will definitely have to try it sometime! Sounds fairly BFL friendly...do you think it is? Or will you save it for free day? -- b_shields74 wrote: >: > >My favorite place to eat in Boise is Wraps downtown, have you ever >been there? It is sooo wonderfull. Guest guest
I was going to save it for a free day, but really the only thing that I would worry about is the " wrap " it's self. I don't know how they are made, but they have several different kinds, tomato, spinich, etc. It is kind of a " tree hugger " place so they may very well have ww wraps. (My mouth is watering).
