I made a merlot wine soap and I did not use any fragrance hoping it would have some of the wine scent. Just made it yesterday so still fresh but smells funky. Any ideas would be great. Thanks, Sue

Guest guest
Hi Sue, I use the Berry wine scent too. Also there is one called champagne that's nice. It's also fun to blend them such as raspberry champagne. Guest guest
Citrus is one good one for beer soaps. I made a batch with raspberry beer, so of course, I used raspberry scent. It turned out raspberry, but not as fruity as if I had used it in a regular bar. I also like BB's Berry Wine, but any grape, wine, or champagne would be good, as would blending a wine with a fruit or maybe even a base note such as patchouli or oakmoss. Guest guest
there are alot of companies that sell beer FO if your interested. A few years ago there were only two companies that sold beer FO but now beer soaps are a big hit so several suppliers are selling several diffarant kinds of beer scents like honey bock and so on. > > > > > > > Does anyone have any good suggestions for what type of FO or EO go good in > > wine > > and beer soap?
