Guest guest
Hi everyone, This morning I believe I had a case of vertigo. I woke up at around 4:30am and the room was spinning like crazy. I turned over on my side and pressed one eye in the pillow and the other in the palm of my hand. I got up at 5 and the dizziness had got better, but I still feel fuzzy. You might think this is crazy, but I think the yoga workout last night might've caused this. I done nothing but up dog down dog for close to 50 minutes almost non stop. Of course remember this workout was MY OWN creation, Actually as I was doing the workout I was feeling kinda light headed. Does anyone think this makes sense? Could that have caused this dizziness this morning? I'm just guessing because I haven't done anything out of the ordinary lately. The last time I had vertigo was like 5 years ago and I had it really bad, I thought I was going to die, really. I even went to the doctor for it. A fuzzy head stayed with me for a very long time after that. Anyway, wanted to share that with everyone and find out if you agree that the yoga I done last night might've cause this. Thanks guys!! *~**~*

Thanks Robin! Same with me when I went to the doctor they didn't know what caused it either. It's scary when it happens. *~**~*

Guest guest
, Sometimes doctors don't know what can offset someones equilibrium like that. The same thing happened to my ex-husband years ago and he got so sick and nauseous out of the blue. The doctors had no clue what caused it. With a few anti-emetics he felt better many hours later, but we never did find out what caused it. I do hope you feel better!!!
