Guest guest
Hi, This is so weird. I done Pure Strength chest and triceps yesterday and I woke up this morning with no soreness what so ever in my chest or my triceps, but my shoulder blades are sore as can be, I wonder how this happened? I planned to do back tomorrow but they are really sore so not sure. I didn't count on this. ~~
Guest guest
, While I'm not familiar with the particular workout you did, I would guess that your shoulders got more involved in the workout than you anticipated. That may in part be normal since it's possible to work just one and only one body part without involving others (as far as I know). I would suggest just wait out the DOMS and try again. > Hi, > This is so weird. Guest guest
I haven't done this workout, so I'm not sure what exercises you did. Give me a list of the exercises you did and maybe I can help you figure out how you accidentially worked the shoulder blade area. Tonya DOMS in wrong place > Hi, > This is so weird. Guest guest
, It could be that some of the exercises you did utilize the muscles of the back as well. I'm not familiar with the exercises used in this workout, so send me a list and I'll look to see if there is one or two that use the back as well as the chest. Maybe we can figure out why you're sore in the wrong place. Tonya > Hi, > This is so weird. Guest guest
My email wasn't liking me yesterday and apparently, it sent this one when I thought it hadn't. Just took it forever. Anyway, sorry for the duplication. Tonya I haven't done this workout, so I'm not sure what exercises you did.
